Rulers of the Seven Seas
Yaar, let me intoroduce ya to the Rulers. Formed back when these Caribbean seas saw the first Jolly Rodgers being flown, by the notorius pirate Sule Rule.
Since then deeds of those sailing under the Rulers flag have filled the ledgers of the insurance brokers as the merchants seek to redeem their losses and whole chapters of Naval Court Martials where surviving officers have sought to explain away their defeats by the bold strikes of the Rulers.
The most stable trade in the Caribbean is now that that passess through the Rulers clearing houses, and a mighty fine profit there is to be had there I assure you.
